Maywood Community, a residential community for adults 55 years and older, is located in the heart of beautiful Chesterland, Ohio. Established in 1947, Maywood has been family owned and operated for three generations. Mike and Rick Gibson, owners since 1978, have developed Maywood with an eye toward the quiet, natural beauty of Geauga County. Spacious lots accommodate Maywood's signature, high end manufactured homes. Maywood Community provides an ideal setting and location for adults 55 and older.
